Food Network-  Food network is a great place to go for recipes.  I love the recipes from the show healthy appetite with Ellie Krieger.  A best-selling author, Ellie is a renowned registered dietitian specializing in nutrition and health communications.

Epicurious- A Cooking site for people who love to eat. They have a great nutritious dishes section that has some great recipes and tips for staying healthy.

Eating Well- Where eating well meets good health.  Has recipes and menus, healthy cooking, diet nutrition and health, food  news and origins. Another great site for healthy recipes.

Mayo Clinic- There mission is to empower people to manage their health. They offer great information and tools for a healthy lifestyle. Tips for weight loss, fitness, and healthy eating.  I really find this a great site for interesting, easy to read credible info on this health topic.

Intermountainlive- This website is about living life and making it last longer. It’s about eating food that won’t bog you down. It’s about not being that kid on the sofa ten hours a day. It’s about living your life like you mean it! Like it’s the only one you have, because it is!

Lowfatlifestyle-Offers weekly cooking tips, tips for dinning out and fast food, great low fat recipes and more! Also tips about lifestyle and exercise. Great source for some information on how to loose weight.
